Each returned ALLOW, HOLD, or BLOCK is one unit. Rejected requests, internal retries, and idempotent duplicates are not counted.

Who owns the KYT vendor cost.

Bring a supported provider credential and pay that vendor directly, or request SafeClick-provided coverage at a higher rate.

Shadow or enforcement.

Observational decisions cost less than decisions your execution path depends on.

Support level.

Standard onboarding and integration guidance are included. On-call, response-time commitments, and dedicated support are priced separately.

Pricing FAQ

Is there a free tier?: There is no self-serve free tier. The Enterprise Evaluation is free, application-based, and limited to 30 days or its decision allowance.
Can I get a price list?: Prices are set per engagement after the evaluation, based on the four dimensions above. We will give you a written proposal before any paid stage begins.
Do I have to buy KYT separately?: KYT is part of every standard SafeClick verdict. Whether you or SafeClick carries the vendor cost is agreed during application review.
What happens when the evaluation ends?: Nothing automatic. The Evaluation key is disabled and there is no charge. If you want to continue, we scope a Paid Pilot, Production, or Enterprise engagement in writing.
